The GE Monogram Story

GE (AKA General Electric) has used a version of the same Monogram throughout the digital-industrial company’s 125-year-old history, making it a true icon in the world of branding. As part of GE’s decades-long relationship with Landor, we were tasked to research, write, curate, and design a new way to talk about it’s astounding visual heritage, from it’s origin when Thomas Edison founded the company in the 1880’s, through the present day of AI-enabled technology. The parallax design breathes new life into GE’s classic images.
