A sense of place in a digital world

The Brief: Create a delightful welcome moment for the new Airbnb product, driven by two of the company’s underlying brand pillars: a sense of community and a sense of place.

The resulting solution is a set of three gradients that link to the time of day for the user, thus highlighting the fact that we all share the same sky.

A family of gradients used across the product aligns with the established sky color palette.
